Deposit for B&B guests
We kindly request a deposit equal to the cost of the first night’s stay per room booked.
Deposit for Cottage rental
We kindly request a deposit of £100 per booking.
Cancellation
For the remainder of 2021, we have implemented a more flexible cancellation policy for both B&B rooms and the cottage. This is to help those guests impacted by changes in travel restrictions and other regulations imposed by the Welsh Government during the Covid 19 pandemic.
In the event of you having to cancel your stay, we will, where availability allows, reschedule your visit to another date. If this is not possible and you are cancelling more than 7 days before your stay we will refund your deposit. For cancellations received less than 7 days prior to your arrival, we will ask for payment to cover the cost of your first night’s stay in a B&B room or the deposit of £100 for the cottage.
Should your stay be affected by Covid regulations, you develop Covid-19 symptoms or have to self isolate at short notice, please get in touch as we will be more than happy to change the date of your stay.
